Signature Suites is a family through and through – when we sat down to understand and to get across what we do, almost every conversation brought us back to family, empathy and understanding.

It’d be really easy to say that we provide luxurious serviced accommodation for our guests. However that’s functional and doesn’t begin to explain…you see, what we actually do is something that comes from deep within and is instinctive. Our people are the difference, they care and it’s that caring attitude that is core to our hotels in Peterborough being the go-to place to stay.

What we actually do is create experiences, relaxed, care-free stays for all our guests that we welcome into our family.

It’s this that makes us different, the depth of care that everyone here naturally has in their day to day lives. We all have families at home and that seamlessly translates into the time we spend looking after our guests.

The Vision

Signature Suites hotels were set up to create something different in Peterborough, something that stands out in this crowded marketplace. Our vision was to create luxurious experiences for weary travellers. Whether you are visiting Peterborough for business or travel, each and every serviced accommodation suite or room has been finished with you in mind.

Each room and suite has been paid the highest attention to detail, specially designed and themed to give you something a little different. The idea of security and privacy was big, after all, we just thought of what we wanted from a stay away.

Do we pretend that everything goes to plan and without a single glitch, no! However, we do what we can to ensure we have very few glitches…and if one does arise, you can bet that we will get it resolved as fast as we can.

Hayley Leeder

General Manager

I’ve worked in Hospitality for around 16 years now. I started off in reception but I have worked in every department within hotels, which I feel gives me the full picture of how to really make a hotel deliver.

I would say that Housekeeping is still my favourite department and definitely the most important aspect of providing the best experience for our guests. When I have stayed away in hotels, I always expect a spotless room and to be greeted by staff that are happy to see me. Therefore these are always the areas that I concentrate on and like to think that we deliver this to the highest standard for every guest that stays with us.

I love being at work and I enjoy working with a team that has the same approach to our industry as me and I think this is recognised by our guests – it makes them feel much more relaxed and very importantly, welcome!
